For mounting of the drill unit.  Designed with precision linear roller

guideways. Axis is executed with a high-resolution glass scale.

Drilling Slide:

 

In rigid design, for reception of spindle unit.

Slide guiding with precision linear roller guides. Slide drive for

axis by servomotor and precision heavy-duty re-circulating ball screw.

with variable speed regulation. Spindle bearing with high-precision,

pre-loaded angular bearings. Spindle nose with connection for tool

holder.

 

Drill Bushing Carrier:

 

Fixed assembled onto the drilling slide. Removable Plexi-glass covers

for observation of chip discharge.   Drill bushings are movable for

providing full contact against the workpiece during the drill

operation.
